Ningbo Fanzheng Machinery Parts Manufacturing is a professional and leading manufacturer of cast parts. Experienced in handling lost-wax (investment), lost-foam (EPC) and sol casting, we can provide our customers with a wide range of parts with high quality. The materials we use include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile iron (S.G iron) and gray iron.
Yearly Turnout Reaching over 10,000MT
We own two casting foundries and one machining factory, which are located in Ningbo, China and covering an area of 45,000 square meters in total. Backed by seven furnaces and 300 workers, we have the ability to turn out more than 10,000 tons of precision cast and machinery parts annually.
Meeting All Inspection Requirements on Products' Properties
We are proud of possessing the complete advanced equipment for production, inspection, measuring and testing such as metallographic examination instruments, magnetic particle inspectors, spectrum analysis instruments, X-ray testers, impact testers, universal strength testers, hardness testers and three coordinate measuring machines. With all these resources, we are able to meet overall inspection requirements on products' quality, chemical, physical properties and non-destructive testing.
